1. How do I place an order for custom made furniture?

- Send us a message via WhatsApp with your design, photos, and measurements.
- We’ll confirm the design with you—either by call or written message.
- Pay a deposit to start — then pick up or get delivery in Tulum once it’s ready. Final payment is due at that time.

2. Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Yes. We deliver within Tulum and nearby areas. If you're located elsewhere, we can help coordinate shipping with a trusted third-party furniture transport service.

 

3. What types of wood do you use?

We mainly work with solid tropical hardwood sourced locally, such as teak, tzalam, oak (encino), and ciricote—perfect for the humid climate in Tulum. We can also adapt to other materials based on your project and budget.

 

4. How long does it take to make a piece?

This depends on the size and complexity of the design, but our estimated turnaround time is usually 2 to 4 weeks after confirming the order.

 

5. Can I make changes to the design after confirming?

Minor adjustments can be made if production hasn't started yet. Once we begin, changes may involve additional costs or delays—but we’ll always do our best to adapt to desired changes

​6. How can I request maintenance or smart lock installation services?
Simply reach out to us with your request, and we will be with you ASAP.
